Here in Boston, there are definitely people living in the subway tunnels ( though not many, I'm sure, as there are only so many places in the tunnels they could go and not be found rather quickly.) It just didn't seen right to beat the Railroad bulls using cell phones to alert someone to an open box car or a railroad policeman...
