Back in the day we were prob...That is a classic! <br /><br />Back in the day we were probably not yet "sensitized" nor had HR programs grown to the heft and importance of today's corporate setting. Still, those of us who hired and fired in those days made generally good decisions, navigating by our common sense, intuition and those other non "metric" human qualities. <br /><br />You've got to give Eva credit for her pluck, however an honest sense of self, especially in relationship to a "superior" can not be discounted. I don't want to get started on a rant, but some of my last hires, millennials they were, came with a value set and sense of judgment bordering on Eva's sense of entitlement and self worth. <br /><br />Time have changed.
